"Setup was more confusing than it should’ve been"
The setup process threw me off. It’s not even about it taking a little time, I expected some onboarding, but the steps just weren’t clear enough, and I felt confused quickly. It could definitely be smoother.

"Pricing was kind of confusing"
I checked out Onsite, but the pricing just wasn’t clear to me. I had to click around a bunch and still couldn’t really tell what I’d end up paying. Something about it felt a little hidden or overly vague, so I ended up moving on.
"Support felt like they barely knew the product"
I reached out to Onsite support a few times, it felt like they were just guessing their way through it. I had what seemed like a basic setup issue, but the replies I got felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t actually address what I was asking.
They were polite enough, but the product knowledge just wasn’t there. I ended up having to figure most of it out myself, which wasted a lot of time, and I felt stupid for trusting that their paid tool would come with support that actually knew how to help.

"Nice people, but the work was sloppy"
The team was friendly and easy enough to deal with, which I appreciated. But the quality of the work just wasn’t great. A lot of it looked rushed, and I ended up having to redo most of it myself. I wanted to like the result more, but it was disappointing overall.

"Booking wasn’t no easy process"
I tried booking twice and the site froze on me both times. I reached out to support too, but I never got no reply. it was frustrating

"Mobile site made booking really difficult"
I tried using the site on my phone, but it barely worked. Since the pages wouldn’t load or respond properly, I couldn’t actually book anything.

"Too much hassle for me"
I gave onsite.io a try, but it just wasn’t for me. It felt confusing, and even basic stuff took more effort than it should. I kept clicking around and getting lost. Maybe it’s fine once you’re used to it, but I didn’t have the patience for it.
"Really frustrating communication"
I had a rough experience with Onsite, mainly because it felt like no one was keeping me in the loop. I’d send messages and then just sit there waiting days for a basic response, which got old really fast!!
When someone finally did reply, it usually felt rushed and didn’t really solve the issue. Maybe other people have had better luck, but the lack of communication made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again.

"This felt way too expensive for..."
This felt way too expensive for what I actually got. I was expecting more for the price, but it ended up feeling underwhelming. What made it worse was that I didn’t really feel heard or taken seriously when I had concerns...

"The reporting was the most frustrating part..."
The reporting was the most frustrating part for me. I thought I’d be able to quickly see job details, updates, and what was happening, but half the time it felt buried or just missing. What a joke.
The dashboards didn’t really help much either. I still found myself chasing people for basic status updates, which kind of defeats the whole point. Maybe other teams have better luck with it, but on our end the visibility was bad.
For what it costs, I expected way clearer reports and a lot less guessing. Instead, it just felt like extra admin work piled on top of everything else
"A bit too stiff for my needs"
I wanted to like it, but it just felt too rigid for what I was trying to do. Maybe I was expecting more options than it was meant to have, but I couldn’t really customize it the way I needed. It probably works fine for some people, just not really for me.

"Pretty much confirmed my worries about the integrations"
I tried onsite.io mainly for the integrations, it went about how I was afraid it would. I already had a feeling it might be one of those tools that claims to connect with everything but still needs a bunch of fiddling, and that’s exactly what happened. Some apps didn’t connect properly, others needed weird workarounds, and I ended up spending way too much time fixing things I expected to just work. Support wasn’t much help either. Maybe it works better for other setups, but for me it just confirmed it wasn’t worth the hassle. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Feels unfinished and handled carelessly"
I was disappointed with this. It’s missing way too many basic features I expected to be there, so it really doesn’t feel complete. On top of that, the whole thing comes across like it was handled carelessly instead of being properly checked before release.

"Just not for me"
I really didn’t enjoy using onsite.io. It felt more frustrating than helpful, and I kept feeling like I was wasting time, wasting time I didn’t really have. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it was just a bad experience overall.

"I tried using onsite.io, but it..."
I tried using onsite.io, but it felt sketchy. The info was super thin, and I couldn’t figure out who was actually behind it or why I was supposed to trust them. Maybe it works fine for some people, but to me the whole thing felt kind of half-baked and gave off weird vibes. I bailed before going any further

"Didn’t feel very professional"
I didn’t have a great experience with onsite.io. The replies I got felt rushed and weren’t very helpful, almost like my concerns weren’t really being taken seriously. Overall, the whole interaction just came across as unprofessional. I was expecting a lot better, i left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t use them again

"I really wanted this to work, but the..."
I really wanted this to work, but the service was just way too slow for what I needed. Pages kept taking forever to load, and after a while you feel like you’re just sitting there waiting instead of actually getting anything done. Maybe I caught it on a bad day, but it left me frustrated

"It worked alright in the beginning, but..."
It worked alright in the beginning, but once our traffic picked up, things started getting slow and kind of messy. We ended up waiting around way more than we expected, and trying to scale felt like a constant headache
"My account was a headache to deal with"
I had a really frustrating experience trying to get help with my account. I reached out expecting some guidance, but it felt like I was just being passed around with no real support. In the end, nothing got resolved, and I was left feeling disappointed.

"Support takes way too long to respond"
I ran into an issue with my account after I’d already paid, and that’s when I started feeling uneasy. I opened a support ticket and then just sat there for days with no reply at all, not even a quick message saying they were looking into it.
When they finally did get back to me, the answer felt super generic and didn’t actually fix anything. I had to explain the whole problem again, which made it even more frustrating because it felt like nobody had really read my first message.
The tool might be fine when everything is working, but after paying and then being left hanging like that, I don’t really trust them to handle anything important. I definitely wouldn’t rely on it if you need quick support.
